Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay over basement, symmetrical house.

Ashlar ground floor; 1st floor rendered and lined as ashlar. Angle quoins at right. Architraved and corniced doorpiece with latticed fanlight and panelled door. Band course over ground floor. 12-pane sashes. Eaves band course. Slate roof with straight skew at right and brick end stacks. Ornate scrolled railings flanking steps, spearhead to

basement area.
