Early 19th century, ashlar, ground floor to Bank Street now
harled and elevation to Barkly Street now pebble dashed. 2
storeys and attic. Front to Bank Street, altered ground floor
now with 3 windows and door, 2 windows at first floor; canted
corner; front to Barkly Street 2 bays with altered ground
floor. First floor band course. Diminutive swept dormer to
Bank Street. Slated roof.
