A & W Reid, 1876. Classical 2 storeys 3 bays with centre door
in slightly advanced pedimented middle bay. Coursed, dressed
rubble with polished ashlar dressings; rusticated quoins.
Semi-circular headed entrance with moulded keyblocked
architrave; tripartites at ground floor; 1st floor windows
linked by cill band, together with eaves band, returning onto
gable ends. Cornice and blocking course and slate roof. Low
coped wall with cast-iron railings; high rubble garden walls
with stone cope and rubble gate piers with pyramidal copes to
left.
