Circa 1820. Regular 2-storey, 3-bay storehouse. Rubble tooled
ashlar dressings. Centre segmental-headed entrance in long
W street elevation, now partially blocked, flanked left by
window and right by doorway. Regular 5-window 1st floor
fenestration.
Entrance at raised ground floor level (1st floor to street)
in S gable with window and diminutive attic light; mainly
2-pane glazing. End stacks; slate roof.
Long curved coped rubble wall encloses former yard area at S;
part of retaining wall at N is former front wall of single
storey, 3-bay cottage with all openings blocked.
