Description

Late 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay commercial building. Cream ashlar to upper floor, harled gable to left, slate roof.

FRONT ELEVATION: modern ground floor with corniced fascia; tripartite window to 1st floor centre with moulded mullions and jambs, corbelled balustraded parapet with large crenellated angle turrets; flanking bays consisting of keystoned, moulded depressed arch panels, crowstepped gables with glazed ventilator slits. Left return gable blank.

REAR ELEVATION: not seen.

INTERIOR: not seen.

This building has been stone cleaned and there are modern shopfronts and 1st floor windows. It is listed specifically for its relation to 61 and 63, and 65 and 67 Glaisnock Street adjoining.
