Description

Mid 19th century. Single-storey, 3-bay (grouped 1-2) cottage. Harled. Chamfered reveals and cills to E elevation; raised painted margins to W elevation.

E (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: boarded door with 2-pane letterbox fanlight at centre. Window to outer bays.

W ELEVATION: 3-bay. Regular fenestration. Flat-roofed porch between bays to left and centre; boarded door to N return, modern window and small ventilator window to W.

S ELEVATION: adjoined to N elevation of row of houses on E-W axis, Nos 115 and 117 High Street, and 3-6 Brunton's Close (see separate lising).

N ELEVATION: timber shed with half-piend slate roof adjoined.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Coped skews, felted to S. Pebble-dashed stacks; gablehead to N and S, wallhead between bays to centre and right to W. Purple slates.
