Description

A Maitland and Sons, 1893. 2-storey, wide 3-bay. Coursed
rubble, tooled ashlar dressings. Pilastered and corniced
centre doorpiece with flanking tripartites; 2-pane glazing
throughout; band course between ground and 1st floor; eaves
band; hipped and corniced end stacks; piended slate roof.
Low retaining wall with cast-iron spearhead railings and
square ashlar end piers.
