Later 18th century. Symmetrical, 3-storey, 3-bay house.
Squared sandstone rubble, partly coursed, rendered at side
and rear; ashlar dressings and quoins. Painted window
margins, raised cills.
Flush panelled door, set back, with decorative fanlight. Low
pitched slate roof with flat-roofed slated dormers at rear.
Rear forestair with iron balustrade, partly absorbed into
flat-roofed, 2-storey cottage at right angles.
INTERIOR: Winding sandstone stair; window shutters.
STABLE: To rear of no. 15 in cobbled court, linked to house
by later intermediate cottage. Sandstone rubble, ashlar
dressings; pantiled roof with slated eaves easing course.
Gabled hay loft entrance to left, stable doors right.
