Description

Mid 18th century. 3-storey, 4-bay tenement. 2 shops at ground
with pend to left. Rendered and lined as ashlar. Plain,
raised, painted margins. Middle windows of 1st and 2nd floors
grouped closer. Plate glass sash windows. Modillioned eaves
cornice. Slate roof with unusual brick stack, parallel to
ridge in rear roof slopes.
Projecting, piended roofed stairblock at rear.
