Description

Mid 18th century. Four-storey, three-bay tenement, rendered and lined as ashlar with rubble at rear. Shop at ground. First floor altered (19th century) with moulded architraves and first floor plate glass sash windows. Cornice above forms second floor cill course. Second and third floors with 12-pane glazing pattern. Projecting gabled stairblock at centre bay rear elevation.
