Description

Late 18th century. 3-storey warehouse. Main block N-S with 2
lower kiln blocks at SE. Random rubble formerly harled.
Piended roofs with gable roof at N end.
7-BAY W ELEVATION: openings much altered, many blocked. 2
timber kiln vents on summits of SE blocks. Scale and platt
forestair addition of 1919 on N gable front, with sash at
top.

Statement of Interest

Originally served as Maltings. Formerly Dreadnought Hall.

Awaiting redevelopment 1986 roofs in poor repair, slates

removed.
