Description

David MacKenzie, circa 1860. 2-storey 3-bay villa, later extended to E, coursed rubble with ashlar dressings.

S ELEVATION: central, keystoned and corniced doorpiece. Ground floor segmental arched windows, bipartite at left, tripartite at advanced bay to right. Square-headed margined windows over. Single-storey ashlar addition to E with door and large window.

Piended and platformed slate roof. Gable end stacks.

Windows sash and case, 2-pane glazing pattern, top-hopper window at E wing.

Low boundary walls to street with square ashlar pyramidal-capped gatepiers. Railings missing. Garage to E.
