Description

Circa 1860. 2-storey, 3-bay Italianate villa, ashlar-fronted with angle quoins, rubble-built sides and rear.

S ELEVATION: central broken pedimented doorpiece with console brackets and keystone, flanking canted bays with bracketted lead roofs. 1st floor margined windows with label stops.

Sides rubble-built with single-storey service wings. Ashlar shouldered wallhead stacks.

Piended and platformed slate roof with bracketted eaves.

Window sash and case 4-pane glazing pattern.

Boundary walls, low ashlar to front, high rubble-built to rear.
