Description

Dated 1903, unusual 4-storey 3-bay tenement, coursed and
snecked rubble-built.
Off-centre entrance and bipartite windows in margins.
Striking 3-stage stair window within keystoned segmental-
arched recess, metal panels fronting landings, metal framed
glazing. Metal datestone over stair. Boldly cantilevered
coved cornice. Parapet rebuilt in brick. Flat concrete
roof (a drying green).
Sash and case windows, 2-pane glazing pattern.
