Description

Probably George Angus, circa 1840. Single-storey symmetrical 3-bay Greek Revival ashlar villa. Rubble-built sides and rear.

Central margined doorpiece with pedimental blocking course. Flanking bays single-light. Wing set back to left with single light and doores to back garden. Main corniced and blocking course.

Piended and platformed slate roof. Cupola lights central atrium. Ashlar stacks. Windows sash and case, 2-pane glazing pattern.

Ashlar boundary walls with modern railings.

Statement of Interest

Small part of the Angus scheme to envelope the Law Hill with classical villas.
