Description

Beath and Keay, iron founders, dated 1900. Public clock on cast-iron Ionic column. Prominent gusset site.

Square section pedestal carrying square-section Ionic column. Ornate clockface with Roman numerals to N and S elevations with arms of Dundee over.

Statement of Interest

Inscription: "presented to the Community of Dundee by Charles Barrie, one of the representatives of the Seventh Ward, December 1900."
