Description

Mid 19th century. 4-storey and attic, 5-bay tenement with shops to ground floor. Cream sandstone ashlar front, rubble to side, slate roof. Original pilastered and corniced ground floor, cill course to 1st and 2nd floor, eaves course and corniced blocking course; architraved and corniced windows to 1st floor, margined windows to 2nd and 3rd floors, 2-pane timber sash and case windows, out-of-character full-width tile-hung box dormer.

FRONT ELEVATION: close door to centre, door and 2 windows to left and right, 5 windows to each upper floor, box dormer.

INTERIOR: not seen.
