Description

Circa 1820. 3-storey and basement terraced house. Cherry-cocked coursed sandstone rubble to front, harled to rear, slate roof. Base course; architraved windows, cut-back and rendered to upper floor tripartites, bracketted cills to ground and 1st floor, 4-pane timber sash and case glazing, 12-pane to 2nd floor centre, 2-pane sidelights. Mutual rendered axial stack; prominent modern roof ventilators.

FRONT ELEVATION: panelled door 2nd bay from left with blocked fanlight, cavetto reveals, pilastered doorpiece with bracketted cornice and triglyph frieze, window to left, 3 windows to right; 2 tripartite windows to 1st and 2nd floor.

REAR ELEVATION: modern ground floor projections and dormers.

INTERIOR: not seen.
