Earlier 19th century. 4-storey and attic, 6-bay tenemental building with shops to ground floor. Sandstone ashlar, grey slate roof. Corniced ground floor, corniced blocking course; architraved and corniced windows to 1st floor, margined to 3 right hand bays at 2nd floor and later concrete architraves to left, concrete architraves to
3 left hand bays at 3rd floor, box and canted dormers, original 12-pane timber sash and case glazing pattern to 3 left hand bays at 2nd floor and 2nd and 3rd bay from right at 3rd floor, 2-pane elsewhere. Corniced ridge stacks.
FRONT ELEVATION: 2 close doors flanked by altered shopfronts at ground floor, 6 windows to each upper floor, 4 dormers.
INTERIOR: not seen.
