Description

Earlier 19th century. 4-storey and attic, 3-bay tenemental building with shops to ground floor. Sandstone ashlar, slate roof. Near-original shopfronts to ground floor with consoled fascias,

corniced blocking course; architraved and corniced windows to 1st floor, architraved to 2nd floor, 2-pane timber sash and case glazing pattern to 1st floor, 2 original 12-pane windows to 2nd floor, 4-pane to 3rd, out-of-character dormers; ridge stacks.

FRONT ELEVATION: close door flanked by 2 shopfronts to ground floor,

3 windows to each upper floor, box and canted dormer.

INTERIOR: not seen.
