Description

James Ireland and James Maclaren, 1880. Single storey L-plan
Lodge, stugged ashlar with polished dressings. Square porch
in re-entrant angle, single windows in flat projecting
surrounds with stone pentice roof to each gable. Swept slate
roofs with bracketted eaves. 3 octagonal stacks. Sash and case
windows with lying-pane glazing.
Boundary wall, rubble-built to Perth Road, curves in towards
small square gatepiers, ashlar.
