Dated 1823. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. Painted, rendered and lined, slate roof, rendered brick stacks. Centre door, tansom-light with painted script 'Gowan Lea', lintel with (1823' cut in lozenge shaped panel; two 4-light sash and case windows, 1 modern central skylight, coped skew at right.
