Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, T-plan villa. Ashlar front and rubble masonry sides and rear, long and short dressings, slate roof. Cement on windows and door margined angles, canted full-height window at left, band course at 1st floor level, eaves course, skew gables, coped stacks. Off-centre doorpiece with fanlight and side windows with lying panes; other windows 2-pane sash and case; 1 skylight and 2 canted cormers. Low enclosing wall at S.

E ELEVATION: 2 windows at ground floor, 1 blocked at 1st floor left.

N ELEVATION: lower 2-storey wing, forestair to door at 1st floor left re-entrant.
