Description

Earlier 19th Century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage. Buff Rubble sandstone construction, harled at gables, painted margins and angles, grey slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, plate-glass windows with frames of modern unsympathetic material.

S ELEVATION: set back behind low wall with railings; deeply recessed door at centre with astragelled fanlight and margined doorcase, window at left and right; 2 piended dormers above with modern rooflight; coped skews, gable stacks.
