Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3 asymmetrical bay house. Harled, painted margins, slate roof, terracotta ridge tiles.

W ELEVATION: Base course, margined off-centre door, 4-pane sash and case window at right, 6-pane at left; band course; uPVC window at 1st floor left, 2-pane sash and case at right; rooflight, coped harled stack at left.

Band course at 1st floor level continues at 50 Fort Street and The Eagle Inn, 155-157 king Street.
