Description

Dated 1907. 2-storey red sandstone, near symmetrical 3-bay
elevation with central gable, centre square-columned
porch with concave lead roof, single storey canted bay on
left, windows otherwise bipartite, centre 1st transomed
and corniced, small-paned upper sashes. Broad-eaved slate
roof with straight skews and ball finials. Return gables
with single central window on both floors.

Statement of Interest

On corner with Irving Street. Stone reset in rear wing

inscribed "1645 MP:BR".

Said to be by Peddie & Forbes Smith.
