Early 19th century. Single storey smithy with gable to road; round-arched wide doorway in latter dated 1861 on label stop.

Painted rubble and ashlar margins. 3-bay W elevation, central

door flanked by small-paned iron-framed windows. Corrugated

asbestos roof. Modern lightly constructed extensions abut N

and E walls.
