Early 19th century. Pair of 2-storey, rectangular-plan, gabled houses. Red sandstone rubble with painted ashlar margins to openings, projecting window cills.
NO 108: NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION; 2-bay. Regular fenestration, door to left, enlarged window to right. SE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 2001. NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: obscured by abutting building. SW(SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end, ground floor partially embedded into bank, window to left of 1st floor.
NO 112: NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION; 3-bay. Regular fenestration, timber panelled door to centre, blocked doorway to outer right. SE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 2001. NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: obscured by abutting building. SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: obscured to gablehead by abutting building.
Plate glass, timber-framed, sash and case windows to NO 112. Aluminium double-glazed windows to NO 108. Grey slates, lead flashing. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Coped stack and skew to SW gable end.
INTERIORS: not seen 2001.
