Description

Early 19th century, probably incorporating older fabric. 2-storey

offices and garages. Roughcast rubble. Pair of garages at ground with folding boarded doors; panelled door with letterbox fanlight to left with window to outer left. 3 small windows to 1st floor hard up against eaves. 2 cast-iron rooflights. Rear elevation not seen 1994.

Timber sash and case 12-pane windows to 1st floor. Grey slates

to steeply pitched roof.

Statement of Interest

Forms part of the near continuous B Group range of Nos 41-53 (see separate listings). A potato merchant's warehouse. Granite setted pavement.
