Description

Late 18th century with later alterations. 2-storey and attic symmetrical 3-bay house adjoined on falling ground to E by lower 2-storey 2-bay house converted to garages at ground.

PRINCIPAL HOUSE (NO 4): S ELEVATION: exposed rubble with long and short rusticated ashlar quoins; concrete margins. Panelled door at centre with rectangular fanlight; windows above and flanking; segmental-

headed bipartite dormers with side-lihgts to outer bays. Blank harl-pointed gable ends.

4-pane timber sash and case windows; ashlar coped skews; brick stacks.

GARAGE HOUSE (NO 2): harled with concrete margins. Pair of garages at ground with boarded and glazed doors; 2 windows above.

12-pane timber sash and case windows; concrete skews, grey slates.

BOUNDARY WALL: boarded door to left of house adjoins rubble boundary wall.
