Description

Late 19th century. 3-storey tenement with shop at ground on corner site. Coursed and stugged cream ashlar, painted at ground. Base course; band course above ground floor; raised tabbed margins. Regular fenestration. Chamfered angle with window to each floor.

E ELEVATION: 2-bay, gabled. 2-leaf fielded panelled door to shop to right at ground with large plate glass shop window to left. Windows to right bay of upper floors blind.

N ELEVATION: 2-bay. Left bay gabled with shop window at ground. Right bay with window at ground and panelled door with rectangular plate glass fanlight to right.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Piend and pitched roof; grey slates; ashlar coped skews; corbel skewputts; original corniced brick apex stacks.
