Description

Mid 18th century. Broad 2-storey 3-bay house. Rendered with ashlar margins; harled to rear. Outer bays with windows to both floors; centre bay with door to right at ground, and small window to left; window at centre at 1st floor. Plain corniced ashlar doorpiece with panelled door.

Blank gable end to E; NE angle rounded at ground. 3-bay irregular rear elevation with glazed pitched-roofed timber porch to left; 3 windows at 1st floor; pair of piend-roofed slate-hung dormers.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slates; ashlar coped skews; crowsteps to SW skew. Old red brick apex stack to W, rebuilt brick to E; later brick wallhead stack to rear.

INTERIOR: not seen 1993.

BOUNDARY WALL: rubble wall with boulder coping adjoins gable to rear.
