Description

Circa 1820. 2-storey and attic on raised basement 3-bay classical terraced house. Cream droved ashlar sandstone with polished dressings; base course; rusticated ground floor with band course above; cill course to 1st floor; cornice and blocking course. Regular fenestration.

Doorway with panelled surround in round-headed frame with plate glass fanlight to right bay (modern door). Pair of piend-roofed canted dormers.

Timber sash and case windows; 12-pane at ground, plate glass above. Grey slates; coped ashlar stacks; ashlar coped mutual skews.

WALLS, STEPS AND RAILINGS: low rubble front and dividing walls with saddleback ashlar coping; cast-iron railings, with spearheads to steps and basement area.
