Description

Early 19th century. Single storey, 4-bay classical house. Droved ashlar with polished dressings; harled S side elevation and bull-faced render to N side elevation. Base course, cornice and blocking course, architraved and corniced windows.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical; door at bay to outer right, upper sections glazed; glazed upper section to door upright. Windows to each bay.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: unusual set of extensions which appear in Wood's map, 1824, still surviving.

20-lying pane timber sash and case windows, to base course. Piended grey slate roof; rendered (variety of bull-faced and smooth) and coped stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: rubble with coping with replacement cast-iron railings.
