Description

Circa 1820 with later alterations. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay, classical house; advanced outer bays. Coursed, squared, cream rubble sandstone. Base course; cill course; cornice.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central tripartite doorway; panelled door; plate glass fanlight; doric columns to corniced doorpiece. Single window above and in bays to outer left and right; ground floor windows set in round-arched panels. Additional single storey wing, 1969-70, to N.

4-pane, timber, sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof with platform and cupola; twin coped stacks without cans.

INTERIOR: few original features remain.

Low coped boundary wall surrounding carpark to street.
