Description

Circa. 1870. Mid Victorian Renaissance, large 2-storey
villa, 3-window front to Inverleith Row, 1 canted bay, 1
shallow rectangular bay with pierced parapets, bracketted
doorpiece with ornamented frieze. 3-window front with
asymmetrical canted bay to Inverleith Place. Snecked
rubble ashlar dressings, piended slated roof.
