Description

Circa 1840. Single-storey, 3-bay cottage with central door, ashlar-coped skews and gablehead stacks. Coursed sandstone with large ashlar dressings. Coped stacks with yellow clay cans. Graded grey slate.

BOUNDARY WALL: ashlar-coped random rubble dwarf boundary wall to front garden.

Statement of Interest

A traditional cottage in a prominent position on Woodhall Road. The previous list description describes the house as retaining its original lying-pane glazing, and it is believed that the present plastic windows have been installed without Listed Building consent.
