Description

David Bryce, 1869-70. 3-storey, 2-bay terraced house. Coursed grey ashlar with polished dressings. base course; dividing cornice above ground floor; eaves cornice; raised lugged window surrounds; chamfered reveals. W ENTRANCE elevation: architraved doorway in 2nd bay; carved consoles to cornice; glazed upper panel to door; clouded glass fanlight; single window at 1st floor above; pedimented and stone-finialled dormerhead to 2nd floor window. Full-height, corbelled to square at 2nd floor; bipartite at 2nd floo; single window set in gablehead with gablet crowsteps. Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; corniced mutual stacks; gabletted skewputts. Low saddleback wall to street.
