1630-35, remodelled 1789. Single span arched bridge,
rubble with dressed stone arch ring and cope.
Foundations and side walls original, arch remodelled.

Statement of Interest

First Bridge over Lossie. Bears inscription:

ELGINUM CONDIDIT. IBI CONCORDIA FIAT. FOUNDIT 1630. FINISHIT

1635. Also REBUILT BY THE COUNTY, 1789 IN FOUR MONTHS.

Also known as the Bow Brig.
