Description

Dated 1784. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay with centre door. Rendered and lined as ashlar, painted chamfered margins. 3 tall wallhead dormers with ornamental pediments to mid-19th century date. Stone slate roof; moulded cope to single gable chimneystack.

Statement of Interest

Pediments with re-cut date and initials WM; very similar to those (also initialled WM) at 23 High Street, Elgin, dated 1853.

Statutory address revised in 2020. Previously listed as '3 South College Street'.
