Description

Earlier 19th century, subdivided c. 1900. Large classical villa,

2 storey and basement. Front to Albert Road: 3 bay, centre bay advanced, ground floor altered in subdivision: now with door in right hand bay and two doors flanking window, formerly a door, in centre bay. East Front:

3 bay, centre bay advanced with projecting segmental bow. Windows to bow have side lights; principal floor window has block corbells below

cill and cornice with blocking course over carried on brackets at ends, the brackets at the divides were recently removed. Rendered and lined as ashlar, ashlar cills and band courses. Renewed slated roof with tiled ridges, pair of rendered central stacks, upper parts rebuilt. Small late 19th century cantilevered timber extension on South side at ground floor with more recent extension below at basement level.
