Description

Sir R. Rowand Anderson 1879-81. Early pointed, red rubble
with yellow sandstone dressings, orientated N-S with
unfinished S.W. tower (intended for broach spire). 90' 5-bay
nave with 4-bay W. aisle brick lined; 43' chancel with W.
organ chamber brick-lined banded with marble, 3 seat sedilia,
good furnishings, panelling and redecoration of roof Sir
Matthew Ochterlony late 1940s.
