Description

T.R. Soutar (Gavin & Soutar) 1909-10. Centre section 2-storey
and basement 7-window, centre entrance bay framed in
Corinthian columns with pediment. Single-storey and basement
symmetrical 3-window wings of same height, arched
fenestration, pediments, and sculptured decoration.
