Description

William Roberts, engineer, and Peter Fulton, architect,
1907-08. Rusticated ashlar with parapets of polished ashlar. 2
segmental arches with channelled voussoirs; panelled
parapets; terminal octagonal crenellated turret-like pillars;
at centre circular cut waters carried up as crenellated
turrets with granite panels bearing dates and Burgh arms.
