Description

18th century, possibly incoporating earlier walling, harled with
painted margins. Long 2-storey and attic range fronting garden
away from street entered through pend with depressed arch.
Angel Court 4 bays with square-plan porch surmounted by carved
stone angel. Rose Court 6 bays; 2 doors both with moulded
architraves and one with an early 19th century Roman Doric
portico of 2 monolith columns of red and yellow streaked
sandstone; 2 windows bipartite; 2 piended dormers at east
(garden) front; 3 piended dormers at street front crowstepped
north gable. Slated roof.
