Description

Later 19th century. Italianate range built for West
Cumberland Farmers Association. 2 storeys, 11 bays. Red
sandstone, channelled in outer pilaster strips and central
shallow advanced bay. Central depressed archway leading to
rear, with cornice above and semi-circular headed lights to
Venetian window in 1st floor panelled aprons below window.
Single light windows in flanking bays with simply moulded
architraves and bracketted cills, in each storey, (altered at
right in ground). 1st floor central windows of recessed bays
with moulded aprons. Corbelled cornice and blocking course
with central finialled pediment. Slate roof.
