Description

Circa 1852, 2 blocks of 3-storey tenements separate by
gap site; No. 65, 8-bays with 4-bay flank to Great
George Street. No. 69, 4-bays. Droved ashlar,
stonecleaned at No. 65, painted at ground at No. 69.
Wide architraved doorpiece with cornice and fanlight.
All windows architraved, corniced at ground and 1st
floors. Sash windows, plate-glass or 4-pane glazing.
Plain main cornice. Axial and wallhead stacks; slate
roofs. No. 65, 3rd bay has 2 single-light windows.
Interior: No. 65 each floor divided into 2 large flats.

Similar in detail to 1-9 Great George Street and 40-50

Gibson Street.

Part of B group with 1-9 Great George Street.
