Description

Circa 1875. 4-storey range of tenements with modern
shops at ground, truncated at East. 3 symmetrical blocks
of 7 bays each; 4-bay return elevation to 89 Otago
Street. Polished ashlar, partly stonecleaned. All
windows architraved: corniced and consoled at 1st floor;
corniced at 2nd floor. Sash windows, mostly 4-pane
glazing. Heavy string course over ground. String
course at 3rd floor cills; eaves cornice. Wallhead and
axial stacks, slate roofs.
