Description

Circa 1852 terrace of 3-storey tenements with 8-bay
return elevation to 84-86 Otago Street. Droved ashlar,
partly stone cleaned, partly painted at ground, polished
ashlar margins. Architraved and corniced doorpieces,
deeply recessed doors with pilastered reveals and
fanlights. All windows architraved, corniced at ground
and first floors. Sash windows, mostly 12-pane glazing.
Plain main cornice. Axial and wall head stacks, plain
cans; slate roofs.

Otago Street formerly Smith Street. Part of B group with

1-9 Great George Street.
