Description

19th century. 2 pairs of drum gatepiers at either end of Kelvinway at junctions with University Avenue and Sauchiehall Street. Paired polished ashlar column gatepiers with bands and base of vermiculated

rustication. Those at University Avenue supporting decorative wrought-iron lamp brackets.

Gatepiers originally part of Woodlands Road entrance to Woodlands House.
